Professional Employer Organizations (PEOs) are a cost effective, off-site HR Department that allows business owners to focus on running their businesses without the administrative headaches associated with an HR Department. By delegating many of your employer related responsibilities to a PEO, you can focus on the business aspects that are important to you. You’ll be able to utilize our expertise to generate more revenue and protect your net profits while reducing your employer risks.

PEOs become the legal "employer of record" for employment and benefit purposes, which means we assume many of the responsibilities as well as liabilities in everyday business.

Employees on a PEO's payroll are able to participate in the PEO's health, retirement and supplemental benefits programs. They are also covered by the PEO’s worker’s compensation policy. The PEO takes care of all aspects of payroll, which includes everything from printing the checks to reporting and paying the employment taxes. All you have to do is fax or email your hours and we’ll do the rest!

In summary, PEOs manage the human resources side of the business including payroll, worker’s compensation and employee benefits in a structured manner.  You remain in complete control of your product, your customers and your day-to-day business operations.

"A PEO appeals to the small to medium-sized firms who want to be free from bookkeeping chores and labor problems."
